We’ll be there sharing information about pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy services, including how therapy can support children not just in school, but at home and in the community as well.

There will also be information about mental health services, senior support, food programs, and many other local resources.

When winter weather keeps families at home, it can still be a great opportunity for learning, movement, and connection. Here are a few simple, therapy-inspired activities you can do indoors with young children:

🧦 Obstacle Course – Use pillows, blankets, and chairs to crawl over, under, and around
🎨 Art Time – Coloring, painting, or sticker activities build fine motor skills
📖 Read & Talk – Read favorite books and talk about pictures, characters, and actions
🧩 Pretend Play – Cooking, doctor, or animal play supports language and social skills
🎶 Dance & Move – Play music and practice jumping, spinning, and balancing

These moments don’t need to be perfect; they just need to be playful. 💙
