Limiting sun exposure, tannings beds, and sunless tanning for about 4 weeks prior to any of your skin treatments is crucial! Too much heat when using lasers can lead to bad effects and we don’t want that.

A few more important factors — stopping any active topical creams, NSAIDs, and medications causing photosensitivity for a week before your treatment will also help prevent any adverse reactions.

Microneedling is a treatment that can improve your skin health and confidence exponentially, but like many other things that are worth while it takes time. It’s not just a one and done treatment.

You can see results as early as a few weeks after your first treatment, but FULL results will come after at least 3 treatments.

And even better if you have maintenance treatments every 3-4 months after that.

What should you expect for your first session of your Laser Tattoo Removal Treatment?

Let’s talk about it.

First thing we will do is I will answer any/all your questions you have. Then you will sign your consent.

Next, if you choose to use numbing cream I will apply that to the tattoo and then you will sit for at least 30 min to let that start to work.

Then, I will clean the area of the numbing cream and let that dry.

Next, I will give you eye protection goggles and we will get started! I can do a test spot so you know what to expect — most of my clients have said it feels like bacon grease splattering.

Once the whole area is covered I put bacitracin ointment on the area and give you some to take with you.

Lastly, we go over post treatment instructions and I send you home with a written copy of them.

We schedule your next session and BAM, you’re done.
