We’re excited to shine this week’s Caregiver Spotlight on Lorena, one of the newest CNAs to join our team! A dedicated mother of three and proud dog mom, Lorena brings warmth, energy, and compassion into everything she does.
Outside of work, Lorena enjoys staying active at the gym, getting lost in a good book, and taking relaxing walks. Her journey into caregiving began on a deeply personal note—caring for her own mother. That experience inspired her passion for helping others and led her to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful difference every day.
For Lorena, the most rewarding part of caregiving is helping individuals regain their independence and confidence. She finds joy in being a source of support and encouragement for those she cares for.
Her best advice? “Be happy no matter what.” It’s a simple but powerful mindset that she carries into her work and life, uplifting those around her.

We’re proud to feature Tasha in this week’s Caregiver Spotlight! New to the caregiving field, Tasha brings with her many years of experience as a hairstylist—along with a natural ability to connect with and care for others.

Tasha is a devoted mother to three girls and a loving grandmother to two grandchildren. Her home is full of life with three cats and one dog, making her a true animal lover as well!

In her free time, Tasha enjoys camping, going for walks, and playing games—activities that reflect her fun-loving and easygoing personality. As she begins her journey in caregiving, she’s motivated by a desire to help others and make a positive impact in their lives.

Her best advice? “It could always be worse.” It’s a reminder to stay grounded and grateful, even during challenging times. She also lives by the quote, “Progress, not perfection,” embracing growth and learning every step of the way.

We’re excited to have Tasha on our team and can’t wait to see all the great things she’ll accomplish!

🌟Welcome, Morgan Messenger! 🌟
We are so excited to introduce Morgan as an additional Registered Nurse on our team! Morgan's passion for caregiving started long before her career — back in middle school when her grandfather fell ill. That experience sparked a lifelong dedication to caring for others, and we are so grateful she chose to pursue nursing!
When asked about her most rewarding experiences, Morgan shared that her favorite moments are getting to truly know her patients over time — especially those who are often overlooked by others. That kind of heart is exactly what Grace Care is all about. 💛
Her advice to everyone? "Love God first and others before yourself. Treat all people with care and respect." Her favorite quote says it all: "We love because He first loved us." — 1 John 4:19 ❤️

Outside of work, Jaylee enjoys card and board games, walks, and is a die-hard Formula 1 and car enthusiast — something most people would never guess! She's proudly the first in her family to attend college, and the self-declared family comedian who keeps everyone laughing.
