PRICE & POLICY CHANGES STARTING AUGUST 2025

Price and policy changes will start August 1st, 2025.
These changes will apply to weekends and holidays only at this time.

Due to no-shows, particularly on weekends and holidays we will be requiring everyone to pay for their appointments at the time they are booked on weekends and holidays. Our prepay discount will not apply to holiday and weekend appointments, as everyone will be required to prepay for those times. Holiday and weekend appointments will be priced differently than weekday appointments. The holidays this policy applies to will be listed below along with our new holiday and weekend prices.

If you are already booked with us in August you will be able to keep the price you are scheduled with, but we will require you to prepay in the next two weeks or you will be removed from the schedule. Clients are able to use gift cards and V.I.P. cards for payment, but we will need to run those cards in advance as well. If you are a V.I.P. member the discount for the current week will apply to the appointment you are prepaying for on a weekend or holiday.

You will no longer be able to book weekend and holiday appointments online. Clients will have to call to schedule weekend and holiday appointments, or you can simply join our online waiting list and we will reach out to you if there is an opening available for the time and day you request (the online waitlist would be our preference if possible).

To join our waitlist you will need to go to our booking site, put in the services, select staff, select a date, and then join the waitlist. We will call you if that time and day is available to book.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we need to book clients that are serious about coming in on weekends and holidays for their appointments. We typically have long waiting list for these days, but by the time we realize the scheduled client is not showing up it’s to late to contact anyone on the waiting list. With the ability most have to shut cards down we do not get paid to come to work on those days and clients that really needed to get in are not able to be seen. We are hoping this policy will benefit both our clients and the business.
