I am so incredibly fortunate to have Susan Hunhoff helping to greet patients! This morning she recognized the pain and anxiety in a patients voice on the phone The poor girl was at the end of her rope. I listened to Susan encourage the patient with kindness and caring. She even shared a bible verse, Jeremiah 29:11 “for I know the plans I have for you, declares the lord, plans to give you hope and future”
What a blessing it is to work with someone who is so kind!
