To whom it may concern:

I will be out of the office from December 4, 2023- December 31, 2023. Any appointments that are scheduled for that time period have been cancelled.

Our Enid location will be closed during normal business hours the month of December and will be open by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged with your clinician or by contacting one of the clinicians listed below.

I will be checking my voicemail periodically, so you can leave me a message if you need anything during that time, but calls will not always be returned within my usual 24-hour period. If you or your child experiences a mental health emergency during this time period, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you need immediate assistance and it is not an emergency, feel free to contact alternative clinical director, Bernice Walker, at 405-394-6953 or one of the clinicians listed below.
