Lips that look natural, not over-done or over filled, that’s the goal every time. 👄

We used .5mL or half a syringe to achieve this look for her first time getting lip filler which I almost always recommend doing!

I discuss this with my clients all the time that slow + gradual changes to the lips is better for your lip tissue, decreases migration risks, and helps minimize post op swelling/bruising.

The other half will be saved for future use at least two weeks post injections or longer based on your lip goals.🤍

Have you wondered how MUCH filler is actually in a syringe of lip filler? 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️

0.5mL or half a syringe is actually not that large of an amount when you put into a measurement perspective. But that doesn’t mean that these amounts look the same on everyone’s lips.

Some lips can stretch or expand easier and accumulate to a full syringe in one session while still having natural results. While others can only tolerate 0.5mL/half a syringe in one session. Building volume slowly is key to natural results, decreased chance for migration, and complications.

Ultimately, it’s all customizable to YOU and your lips depending on the look you’re wanting and the structure/anatomy of your lips.👄

Smooth out those fine lines + wrinkles with 👉🏼 DAXXIFY 💉

The top picture is before any neurotoxin treatment. The bottom is about 4 weeks post tox treatment.

When injecting I always like to start off dosing lighter to prevent it from feeling too heavy or over-dosing as neurotoxins paralyze or relax your muscles and there is no “undoing” it once it’s injected, you just have to wait for it to wear off. THEN if it’s needed we can inject more units at least two weeks after the initial injections to touch up areas that need just a bit more. ☺️

When this client she came in today we decided to inject a few more units to smooth out a few lines lingering and make those eleven lines disappear. Since we used Daxxify she should notice it already setting in after just a few days! 🙌🏼

Erasing those fine lines + wrinkles around the mouth isn’t limited to just Botox treatments. “Lip fillers” can also be used to treat around the mouth in addition to the lips.

This specific type of filler we used is RHA redensity which targets delicate facial lines, like lipstick lines or perioral rhytids, and enhances skin texture and luminosity PLUS adds subtle volume to lips.

We achieved this look with one full syringe to smooth the fine lines + rejuvenate her lips. 😍💋
