My word this year was transparency. I love what I do in my work. It gives me a sense of meaning. The truth is that no matter what I’m battling, I show up for my clients every time. There have been days when I was struggling with life challenges, but I didn’t let it affect the services I had to deliver to my clients. At the same time, working on my clients has helped me to keep pushing through my own struggles. I practice everything I teach: yoga, breath work, aromatherapy, and massage have helped heal different parts of me in ways I can’t always explain. Every time a client shares how I impacted their life, it’s the reason behind the mission to keep doing the work. It’s raw, authentic, and all the reasons why I enjoy what I do.
