May is Employee Health Month - and our incredible ERMC Employee Health Nurse, Holly Sobczak, came up with some fantastic healthy treats to celebrate all last week!

* Monday was fruit - Cuties (oranges) and apples
* Tuesday was protein - cheese and variety of nuts
* Wednesday was vegetables - variety of hummus and fresh cut red & yellow peppers, carrots and celery
* Thursday - Yogurt & Greek Yogurt with granola, cranberries, cherries and raisins.
