Just finishing up the coursework for the Orton-Gillingham Approach training. I'll be taking students within the next couple of weeks once I purchase some equipment to help with online instruction. Welcome to TheWholePersonUSA.com Healing from the Inside Out page! This page is linked to my website so that you can check out what I am all about. My goal is to support clients who are ready to make lasting change in their lifestyles to improve their health on a variety of levels. It's true that nutrition is one focus of my business, but I also assist clients in seeing patterns in their behaviors across 12 different areas of their lives. These areas are called "primary foods" and each area nourishes us just as food called "secondary food" does.

I use the Circle of Life activity to better understand each client's satisfaction within 12 different areas of their lives. With this information together each client and I develop small steps toward the goals that we set that will move the client closer to satisfying life changes over 6 months time.
