We’re so excited to introduce Mignon Ramsey, LMFT, the newest therapist at Mental Clarity Therapy 💙

Mignon specializes in supporting women (ages 20–60) through life’s most challenging seasons—whether it’s navigating transitions, processing trauma, moving through grief, or rediscovering identity beyond familiar roles.

Her approach is:
🌱 Internal Family Systems (Parts Work): Helping clients connect with different parts of themselves with compassion and balance.
📖 Narrative Therapy: Exploring and reshaping life stories to uncover empowerment and truth.
💜 Grief Counseling: Offering gentle, compassionate support through loss.

Mignon’s style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. She believes healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about honoring your story, embracing every part of who you are, and creating space for growth and possibility.

Generational trauma often shows up in hidden ways—
🔹 Low self-esteem: constantly feeling “not good enough.”
🔹 Shame: carrying a sense of worthlessness.
🔹 Difficulty trusting others: fear of being betrayed or abandoned.
🔹 Reactivity: quick anger, withdrawal, or shutting down when triggered.
