We’re glad to support Troy School as they host this important event focused on su***de prevention and mental health awareness. 💙

Events like this create space for real conversations, connection, and support. It’s a chance for students, families, and community members to come together and remind each other that no one has to go through hard things alone.

If you’re able to attend, we encourage you to show up, learn something new, and be part of a community that looks out for one another.

Big things are growing here 🌱🔥

This week, the Joseph High School Fire Science class, assisted by the Oregon Department of Forestry and Enterprise Fire, helped us take the very first step in transforming our undeveloped field into a future garden and community park! Through a carefully managed burn, they cleared the land and set the stage for what’s to come.

We’re incredibly grateful for these students, their instructors, and our agency partners for helping us move this project forward.

This is just the beginning. Stay tuned as we share the journey of turning this space into something beautiful for everyone to enjoy.

Delivering care in our community takes both people and the systems that support them.

We’re hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager at Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness, and we’re especially interested in connecting with folks who have experience in medical coding or billing—including those currently working from home who may be looking for something more connected to your community.

This position helps ensure individuals and families can access the services they need by supporting the financial side of care.

▪️Full-time
▪️Based in Enterprise, Oregon
▪️Experience with Medicaid/Medicare and mental health is helpful

We understand that every candidate brings different needs and circumstances, and we’re open to discussing what support or flexibility might look like for the right person.

If this sounds like a fit for you—or someone you know locally—we’d love to connect.

Our partners at Wallowa County 4-H Oregon and OSU Extension are offering a free QPR su***de prevention training on Thursday, March 19, from 1–2:30 pm via Zoom.

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) teaches simple skills anyone can use to recognize the signs of a su***de crisis and help someone get support. Like CPR, it’s practical, lifesaving knowledge that can make a real difference.

This training is open to anyone 18+ and can be especially helpful for parents, educators, community members, or anyone who wants to feel more prepared to support others.
