Focusing more on documenting my days and what I am learning along the way and getting further and further away from the life sucking perfectionism and “should” culture we were all raised in. This was yesterday- it was fun and hard and we did so much. Spring cleaning purging is my new favorite thing! It feels good to let go of the perfection and the old things that no longer serve me or where I am going. As we purge we get clarity and clarity is a beautiful gift. May you have clarity in your life this week- however you get there. Even if it takes a freak storm and a breakdown in your garage. You are loved. You are held. You are safe and you will get exactly where you are meant to. So relax and enjoy the process. Xo- A

I love being in the sun, but I can admit, we all get a bit too much sun sometimes. 🌞 I have the perfect after sun spray DIY for you:

In a 4 ounce spray bottle combine:

💧 10 drops of Frankincense
💧 10 drops of Lavender
💧 5 drops of Peppermint
💧 5 drops of Helichrysum
💧 ½ ounce of FCO

Top with 1 oz witch hazel and 2 oz water.

Shake and spray before use!

Don’t be jelly.

It’s been a crazy road getting here and it’s going to be even wilder for the next few months.
Quick update: Kids and I have officially moved back to America but we are currently homeless as we couch surf 🏄‍♀️
We flew into Texas. Bought a used minivan (until our Suburban arrives on the boat from South Korea.) Surprised my sister in Waco, flew Caidy out to Dallas to see Aaron for training. Aaron flew back to Korea (until July) Road-tripped to Tennessee and surprised my Parents in Nashville with 6 kids and myself and then left 5 with them as I flew to Palm Dessert for my sister bachelorette party!
Now I am taking 2 days to spend with Jesus and pray through a lot of big decisions and changes coming down the pipe.
👉🏼Aaron is exiting out of the Army
👉🏼Aaron is switching careers to fly with the majors
👉🏼We are all moving (most likely) back to Caliornia (the last place we thought we would end up)
👉🏼I am officially launching my podcast and writing my book (so stay tuned for that!)
👉🏼Kids will be attending private school and each will be getting there own dog (per my very silly agreement to such a thing 2 years ago and they are holding me to it and I am nothing of not a woman of my word 😉)
