We are so lucky to have such amazing and caring people in our community ❤️ 💖

Today is World Cancer Day, and we want to highlight the incredible resources available to our community. Going through cancer treatment is difficult enough—we believe traveling for care shouldn't be an extra burden.

Our Outpatient Therapy team is proud to offer specialized Oncology and Hematology services right here in Enterprise, including:
-Treatments: Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, & Blood Transfusions.
-Support: Hydration, bone support, iron infusions, and more.
-Coordination: Seamless handling of labs, imaging, and specialist referrals.

Our therapy room is designed to be a relaxing space, fully stocked with snacks, coffee, books, and games to keep you comfortable.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Outpatient Therapy team! Your dedication makes a world of difference to our patients.

The Breast Warriors of Wallowa County are thrilled to announce we will be giving 3 $500.00 scholarships to high school seniors in Wallowa County! Please email us at wallowabreastwarriors@gmail.com for an application.

The Breast Warriors of Wallowa County Scholarship

Purpose
The Breast Warriors of Wallowa County Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors who have been impacted by breast cancer and who demonstrate an interest and commitment to giving back to their community.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a graduating high school senior from a Wallowa County high school (public, private, or homeschool)
- Be a resident of Wallowa County
- Plan to enroll in an accredited college, university, trade, or technical school
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75

Connection to Breast Cancer
Applicants must demonstrate a meaningful connection to breast cancer and articulate the connection in the submitted essay.

Application Materials
Applicants must submit:
1. Completed scholarship application
2. Personal essay (500–750 words) AI is not allowed.
3. High school transcript (official or unofficial)
4. One letter of recommendation
5. Proof of acceptance or intent to enroll

Selection Criteria
Recipients will be selected based on essay quality, community involvement, academic effort, and alignment with the mission of The Breast Warriors of Wallowa County. The mission of The Breast Warriors shall be to maintain an association of persons in Wallowa County, Oregon that support the emotional, physical and financial needs of people in Wallowa County experiencing breast cancer.

Funds may be used for tuition, books, housing, or other educational expenses.

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday break. We are resuming our support group meetings tonight at the Wallowa Memorial Hospital Conference Room at 6pm. Please enter through the ER and let them know you are here for our meeting. Someone from our group will be waiting till 6:05 in the ER to show you the way! If you or someone you know is in the process or has been diagnosed with breast cancer please dont hesitate to reach out! We are here for emotional, educational, and financial support.

Today's the big day!!! Come to the Joseph Community Center from 10am to 12:30 to bid on our silent auction items. Then at 2pm to join us for the live auction! Raffle drawings at 1:30pm and 3pm. Come support breast cancer patients and their families in the community!
Beer, wine, and mimosas for sale. Refreshments available, photo booth, and fun!
