~ Massage Aftercare ~

HYDRATE💧💧
Water is needed to flush out lactic acid and metabolic waste that initially causes all the knots and pain in your body.
STRETCH🧘🏻‍♀️🙆🏼‍♀️
During a massage all the adhesions in your muscles have been broken up so stretching will enable you to reap the benefits. Stretching essentially works to realign your muscle fibers and improve muscle recovery.
COMFY CLOTHES🧦
I always recommend either wearing comfortable clothes in or bring some to change into!
WARM BATH🛁
Have a warm bath or shower post massage to encourage rest and relaxation. Avoid a super hot bath as this will increase inflammation.
REST 💤😴
Rest and avoid strenuous exercise. Listen to your body, if you want to nap then take a nap, this is your time to recover, repair and re-tune yourself.
REBOOK📔
Rebook your next appointment to continue and maintain the progress made. To ensure you get the appointment time that you want it’s best to book either while you’re at the office or online right afterwards!

So excited to finally announce our new location!! Starting April 4th we will be in a new office right on the edge of down town Enumclaw at 553 Roosevelt Ave, #104, Enumclaw, WA 98022.
Along with the new office I will also be opening up my schedule more and will be working Monday-Thursday and every other Friday. Reminders will be sent before your appointment to assure you’re going to the correct location but please reach out with any questions!
