Treasure Yoga

Treasure Yoga I announce a new chapter in my life. Sanjalina's 7 directions of healing. Treasure Yoga is closed.

Kristi Asplund is a Native American spiritual healing coach who helps her clients overcome grief and pain so they easily create a life of peace, connection and purpose. She worked for 16 years as a dental assistant, bringing yoga, breath-work, and healing mindfulness to the dental chair. She helped her patients feel peaceful and relaxed in one of the most intimidating environments. They went from hyperventilating to feeling like they were floating on a cloud and disconnected from pain. Amazed by the dramatic results, she soon got a second job as a yoga teacher which quickly became her full-time job. She now works 1-1 with clients showing them how to turn pain and grief into healing and peace by connecting with their source. Kristi shows her clients how to use ancient philosophies, herbal remedies and Native American techniques to create lasting wellness. She is the CEO of Treasure Yoga and Traditional Healing where she runs the program 90 Days to Healing, along with Reiki trainings, certifications and herbal workshops.

"The villains are fairly obvious in “Flower Moon,” but Scorsese asks audiences to take a wider look at systemic racism, historical injustice and the corruptive influence of power and money, intriguingly tying together our past and present." ~ Brian Truitt,
"Gladstone, in the rare Scorsese film that gives center stage to a female character, is the emotional core here, and it's her face that stays etched in our memory." .
~ Jocelyn Noveck
“This is for every little Rez kid, every little urban kid, every little Native kid out there who has a dream and is seeing themselves represented in our stories told by ourselves, in our own words..." ~ Lily Gladstone
