Posture check 👀

Life takes a toll on our bodies, and over time our posture can start to reflect it. Here’s a simple exercise to help reset and improve your posture — the hard part is actually remembering to do it consistently!

💡Try setting a reminder on your phone to do this once every hour throughout the day, then come back and tell us how you feel! Your neck, shoulders, and back just might thank you 🙌
