Hello Friends!

Please check out my article in Woman's World Magazine this week about my thyroid healing journey and aging backwards. I never thought when I was in my 30's and could barely get out of bed to drag myself to work in the morning, I would be vibrant and thriving in my mid 50's.

This is not just a professional victory but a personal one. I hope that my story will inspire millions of women like me who are struggling with their health to advocate for themselves, prioritize themselves and get to the root cause of their issues. Just like the Today show where I was honored to appear in January, Woman's World touches millions of lives around the world!

Helping my son when he was a child and seeing, through him. the power of holistic approaches to healing to transform lives, led me to train in Functional and Holistic medicine and to work to heal myself also. Now I can use all I have learned to help people, particularly women over 40 to transform their health and their lives also, to get to the body composition they have always dreamed of and to age backwards from the inside out.

God had a lot to do with all that happened in my life. I did my research but thanks to His intervention I was led down the right path. My ancestors were physicians for thousands of years before pharmaceuticals were around and had an amazing reputation as healers. Connecting to a new way of healing out of the conventional way I was trained as a doctor helped me connect to them also. It has been a blessing in more ways than one.
