INCLUDED IN OUR ALMOST ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE: Assistance in ADLs (Bathing, Transfers, Toileting, Mobility, etc), Home-Cooked Meals, Housekeeping/Laundry, Supply Basic Personal Toiletries and Holiday/Special Celebrations. It includes meticulous Medication Services/Management, Nurse Delegation, RN Assessment, Care Coordination and Management such as Referrals, Scheduling and Communication & Coordination with Service Providers, including mobile lab testing, monitoring and portable imaging, either in-house (using our MTS license to conduct lab tests) or via third party (ie blood or other specimen collections for lab testing, x-rays, ultrasound, and more). Our Rate already includes 24-Hour Care (including Awake Night Staff), Recreational Activities and more.
