Our community has experienced a heartbreaking loss, and we know many middle schoolers may be feeling a mix of emotions—grief, confusion, sadness, or even questions they don’t know how to express. You are not alone.
Sunray Family Counseling is offering a support group for the middle school students to provide a safe space to talk, listen, and support one another. Led by experienced therapists, this group will help kids navigate their feelings, build coping skills, and find comfort in connection.
