🥹 A Moment of Reflection + A Gentle Invitation
Something happened this week that caught me completely off guard.
One of my regular clients at the spa told me it’s been very difficult to get in to see me & she mentioned that the front desk told her that I’m the most requested massage therapist 😱
Another client — a first-timer — said she overheard women in the locker room talking a few months ago about “the phenomenal massages” I give… so she went and switched her booking to be with me. 😌
After her session, she looked at me and said:
“You are absolutely incredible.”
While I still have a lot to learn and I’m always working to fine tune my skills, moments like this truly humble me. Not because they feed my ego, but because they speak to something deeper.
You see, there was a time when touch was not safe for me.
I grew up in chaos; with abuse, neglect, and disconnection. Which patterns continued well into my adulthood.
And for a long time, I lived with a nervous system that never knew rest.
But that all began to change a few years ago.
Massage school started as a practical move. It was a way to create a better life for myself and my children. But somewhere along the way, it became something else entirely.
There was this one massage I received from a classmate that changed EVERYTHING. I cried — truly sobbed — the entire time.
Afterwards, he gently said:
“It felt like I was giving a safe space to little Bree.”
That was the moment I understood.
I wasn’t just learning massage.
I was remembering my purpose.
To give others what I never had — a space to feel safe, seen, and held.
I’ve really worked to make each session a sacred experience:
Every client is met with presence and care.
And I close each one with a silent blessing
Namaste. The light in me honors the light in you.
⸻
🌿 Lately, I’ve felt a quiet nudge in my spirit —
to open the next two weeks wide and hold space for up to 70 people who feel called to receive this work.
Whether I serve 7 or 70, I trust the right souls will find their way to me.
✨ I’m available to travel anywhere in between Logan & Manti, Utah to bring this experience to you — in the comfort of your own home.
If you or someone close to you is feeling the need for rest, pain relief, or reconnection, I’d be honored to hold that space. No pressure. Just a quiet invitation.🫶🏻
Thank you for holding space for my story. This work is my art, my purpose, and my prayer — to create moments of presence, anchored in healing touch.
Because in the end, I don’t believe it’s about what we accomplish or accumulate.
It’s about the imprint we leave.
And if I can leave behind healing…
then I’ve done what I came here to do.
