Jai shares her thoughts on her practice with us-
“My practice is where I come home to myself-no matter what’s happening in my life or the world. It’s not about where I am, but that I take the time to connect.
Some days it’s chanting at sunrise (usually with my cat beside me), other days it’s unrolling my mat in a hotel room, backstage or at a job, or in a quiet corner wherever I land.
It might be movement, stillness, a walk, or a moment of presence. It’s not always on the mat-but my mat will always be home, no matter where I take it.
I’ve learned to approach my practice with devotion rather than discipline. Devotion feels like love… like choosing again, and again to return to myself. There’s no punishment for missing a day - just an invitation to begin again.
My practice is always evolving evolving-shaped by the seasons, my energy, and what life is asking of me.
And that’s the beauty of it.
Your practice doesn’t have to be perfect - it just has to be yours“✨
