Save the date!! Join us for an evening of personal growth and relaxation as Holly uses the gifts of sacred sound to transport you into a world of inner healing and self discovery- on the Summer Solstice, under the Strong Sun Moon. Theta Healing, Reiki energy and healing sounds will support you as you clear the energies in your field, manifest your goals, and celebrate the light within you and within each other.

Holly will lead you on a journey as the energies of the Earth shift and flow, so will your state of being. Bring your yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, eye mask, or whatever comfort items will allow you to settle into an hour of deep healing vibrations and honoring this transition. You may want a journal and pen to record any thoughts afterwards.

6:00 - 7:30 PM

Once the sound bath has started it can be disruptive to the group to set up additional mats, so we request that you arrive 10-15 minutes early. The room will be warm but not hot- about 80 degrees.
