This week has been jam packed with fun and fur!! Meet Breezewood a 220lb Loving St. Bernard from Old Dogs Go To Helen who visited residents yesterday.

Residents had a snowball challenge with the administrator and Dietitian-Dietitian won!

Musical Entertainment today and a local third grade class showed up with their parents to sing Christmas carols and hand out ornaments. Thank you Cheryl and your family for thinking of us this holiday season.

💙 Forever Holiday Hugs at Epsom Health Care 💙
Today was all about love, connection, and togetherness. We were honored to host our Forever Hug event, bringing residents, staff and families together with hugs, smiles, pizza, and sweet treats 🍕🍪
Moments like these remind us that long-term care is about more than care…it’s about family, and creating memories. Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared the love 🤗✨

Our Read2Connect program, in partnership with the Epsom Public Library, has officially begun, and our residents are loving it! 📚💛

Tuesday mornings are special for Tom Piezzo. He gathers his stack of books and heads to the memory care unit at Epsom Health Care Center, where a small group of residents awaits. Piezzo, director of the Epsom Public Library, spends the next half hour reading books to individuals experiencing memory....

Today we gathered with residents, families, and staff to celebrate the season of gratitude. Our Thanksgiving Day Celebration was filled with delicious food, laughter, shared memories, and heartfelt moments that remind us why community matters so much.

We are thankful for our dedicated team who supported a fantastic meal, our wonderful residents, and the families who trust us every day. ❤️

Yesterday we had five Concord High School students show up with Thanksgiving Day Cards for all of our residents. They were not part of any group or organization, they just had big hearts and wanted to make a difference…and they did. Our residents were sharing their cards with family and staff. We are grateful for such a caring community. Thank you ladies.

Today, Epsom Healthcare Center proudly hosted a special luncheon in honor of the brave men and women who have served our country. Our residents, staff, and families came together to celebrate our veterans’ courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting our freedom.

We thank each of our veterans for their service and are deeply grateful to have them as part of our Epsom family. 💙❤️🤍

Our residents had a fang-tastic time at our Halloween Tea Party, sipping warm tea, enjoying sweet treats, and sharing plenty of laughs and songs!!🫖🍪

The fun didn’t stop there, many trick-or-treaters stop by to spread out some Halloween cheer.💜🧡
