Epsom Healthcare Center 108 bed nursing center, offering skilled rehabilitation, long term care and dementia care. We offer short and long term care, respite stay and hospice services.

We are centrally located in New Hampshire at the Epsom Traffic Circle, Route 28 South, nestled between Concord and Portsmouth. We are a 108 bed skilled nursing facility offering Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Epsom Healthcare accepts Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid, Private Pay and we are contracted with the Veterans Administration. Epsom Healthcare is proud to have longevity in our family of care givers and strive to make you feel at home. Please stop in and schedule a tour.

🎉🏅 Celebrating Our Champions! 🏅🎉

Epsom Health Care Center is so proud of our amazing residents who participated in this year’s Senior Olympics! 💪❤️

From bean bag toss to bowling and everything in between, our residents gave it their all, showing incredible spirit, determination, and teamwork.

A huge congratulations to everyone who participated, you inspire us every day🌟
We took home a gold and silver medal in two events, however, all our participants won!

Thank you to our wonderful staff and families for cheering us on and making this such a memorable and fun experience. Thank you Applewood for doing such a wonderful job organizing this event.

We celebrated the End of Summer with Carnival festivities!🌞🎉

🍿 Carnival games, cotton candy, hot dogs, snow cones and lots of laughter.

💦🎈 Water Fight Showdown: Residents vs. Staff! 🎈💦

Today our courtyard turned into the ultimate water battle-water balloons flying, super soakers spraying, and plenty of laughter echoing through the air!

The competition was fierce, but in the end… 🏆 the residents claimed victory! 🏆
They may have a few more years of wisdom, but don’t be fooled…they’ve still got the best aim!

A huge thank you to our staff for being such great sports, and to our residents for reminding us all that joy, laughter, and a little friendly competition keep us young at heart. 💙

At our community, every day is a balance of engagement, connection, and care. From Tic Tac Toe Agility and Tea Time with the Administrator, to meaningful conversations with residents about quality care strategies. We are always focused on enhancing the lives of those we serve.

Today was filled with music, laughter, and love! 🎶🐾
Adam Davis and his furry sidekick Charlie stole the show - they were truly the howl of the day! Our residents enjoyed an abundance of joy, smiles, and tunes from multiple talented musicians.

To make the day even more special, we had the honor of celebrating Anne and John Moulton’s 60th wedding anniversary. 💍✨ Congratulations to this wonderful couple! 💕
