CRyan Fit CLASS SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK IS POSTED EVERY WEEKEND. Classes held at the A2D Studios in Erdenheim- 813 Bethlehem Pike HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training.

Body Toning - Focus is on muscle strength and toning using light weights.

20/20/20 - 20 minutes of cardio kickbox, 20 minutes of easy to follow high intensity cardio step aerobics and 20 minutes of body toning. Kickboxing - A high energy ultimate cardio challenge incorporating non-contact kicks and punches. Easy to follow, intense cardio workout.
