Today, I’m bringing my attention to my neck. Before I stretch, I ask myself:
Where does it feel most restricted; turning, looking down, or at the base of the skull?
Instead of forcing change, I notice it. I take a breath.
That moment of attention is self-care.

I’ve learned over the years that the body changes when we guide it, not when we force it. Real change happens when tension is allowed to release instead of forcing it. The body does the work, and I’m just the cheerleader.

With the new year just days away, today is about slowing down and reflecting ; not rushing into what’s next. I’m taking time to acknowledge the growth, lessons, and wins from this past year, and I’m incredibly grateful for my clients. You're support means alot to me.

My self-care today looks like checking in with my body, and giving myself credit for what I showed up for (Moving my business, Massage Championships, conducting education, Workshops, etc) I invite you to do the same. What are you doing today for your self-care? Small, intentional pauses can be powerful.

As I look ahead, I’m excited for what’s coming; new tools, new techniques, and continued growth in 2026. Today is about closing this chapter with intention so the next one can begin with purpose and presence.
