Pathways Speech Therapy Adult speech, language, voice, cognitive and swallowing therapy located in Erie, Colorado and provider for Boulder and Weld counties.

Established by Devon Chisholm to meet the needs of the growing communities in which she serves. Pathways Speech Therapy offers In-person sessions (office visit or in home) and Telehealth. If you or someone you know has difficulty in the areas of cognition, communication, and/or swallowing function, call or message us. There’s no need to struggle without help. We’re happy to answer questions and provide more information related to our therapy practices. Whether it’s a new problem, or a chronic condition, we will lead you on the right path!
