Instructor Spotlight 🌿
Sydney completed her 200-hour YTT in March 2024 after a decade of personal practice and she hasn’t stopped learning since (hello, 110 hours of Yin). She is passionate about making yoga accessible and meaningful.
When she’s not teaching, she’s likely with her three cats and three dogs, volunteering at Purrista Cat Café, spinning yarn, knitting something cozy, or teaching others the beauty of fiber arts. Community, creativity, and connection are her thing.
Sydney also hosts a monthly Yarn & Yoga offering at Studio Sage through her fiber art brand Slow Formations . She also offers various other fiber art classes in her own studio which also resides at grounded.
Join Sydney Sunday evenings for Yin at 6 pm and be on the lookout for her next Yarn & Yoga.
