Alongside , we help clear many of these athletes for football each fall while helping them stay on the field throughout the season. 🏈

This weekend!!

Get ready for an evening of music and delicious food! Bring a blanket, chairs, and your dancing shoes. FACE hits the stage at 6:00 p.m. While you're here, be sure to grab a bite from one of our amazing food trucks.

A quick guide to parking: You can find parking in the residential areas around Downtown Erie, plus there are extra spots at the Methodist Church (on Holbrook St.) and Calvary Bible Church (615 Evans St.). Handicap parking is available in the lot next to Coal Creek Park, and if you're biking, you can park at the Erie Bike Plaza (corner of Pierce & Wells St).

These are such a great way to save money in our office. These packages also never expire. Most use it all within a year, but we will honor past that!

We normally dont allow patients to share packages because of the complications on our end, but we are going to even waive that. :)

Buy a 3 visit package, and a loved one could use all three visits for their new patient exam.

What a crazy last week.
Honestly, what a crazy 5 years it's been.

There's so much we've accomplished, learned from, laughed about, cried about, and every other emotion and feeling in between.

We celebrate 5 years as a business this upcoming Sunday. While we don't have grand plans to celebrate, please know how much we adore you guys and appreciate all you've done for WC.

Nothing stokes our passion like getting to help people feel & move better. The relationships we've built and stories we've shared together are enough to fill up our cups for a lifetime. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for that.

Our passions are now also exiting our office and finding more ways into our community. We love this community and we will continue to invest love, time and energy into it.

Why not keep thid whole thing going another 5, huh?

Cat is a bit out of the bag, but I just became the next head coach of the EHS Golf Program. ⛳️

Work has already begun, & I am excited for the opportunity to coach an incredibly talented boys squad this August.

Thank you to for giving me the chance to join the staff 2 years ago as a golf fitness coach & for also showing me the ropes of on course management.

You'll see me in the office less come August-Sept & again in the spring, but you'll always be able to stay up-to-date with my schedule at our booking site.

Brynn & I have always wanted to fuel passions outside of 615 Briggs St.
Thank you for stoking those fires and having patience with us. ❤️

Some of you already know it's been a tougher week for our office manager, Ruby.

We missed her in the office Tuesday, but are happy to say that sweet girl is back to begging you for pets while sitting on your foot. 🥰

We always appreciate the love our patient family gives her. Thank you to everyone who expresses their concern when she's away. 🤎

It’s FINALLY time to spotlight some cheer athletes!!

Ivy E. is a competitive cheer athlete for She is a staple in not only 1 team, but 2. She started coming to us for back pain during tumbling and high impact skills, now we work on maintenance so she can keep competing at a high level and learn new skills as she grows in the sport.
•
We also help her out with sports recovery- like scraping, cupping, and taping to help mitigate soreness between her practices and private sessions. She’s diligent with exercises when prescribed too which only attributes to more successes on and off the mat.

It’s never a dull moment in the office with Ivy and Erin. Whether we talk about dinner options or work on our messy buns, we’re getting work done and having fun while doing it. 💙🖤

Our brackets are busted, and we aren't even through the second round of most conference tournaments. 🫠

March Madness is the time of year when you schedule a surgery, fake an illness, or simply quit everything to be laid up watching ball all day. We love it. 🏀

Zach's fandom to Syracuse is as random as it gets, but his sticking out of the last decade should prove it's own worth.
