Today we proudly celebrate National Doctorā€™s Day and recognize the incredible physicians at Walnut Creek Nursing & Rehab.

We are grateful to Dr. Gade, who has been with Walnut Creek since 2012 and has served as our Medical Director for the past 10 years, for his years of dedicated leadership and compassionate care. We also thank Dr. Hover, who joined us in January 2025 and has already made a meaningful impact with his commitment to our residents.
