Our Story
Inner Balance Pilates programs encompass the needs of a wide range of people, from those seeking general fitness and wellness to the more specialized needs
of the elderly, pregnant, or people rehabilitating from injury.
Classes at IBP are tailored to individual needs and are offered in private, semi-private and small group settings (max ratio 7:1). As a result, sessions are extremely thorough and
personalized, with instructors able to provide highly individualized positioning and
modification, two extremely important components of the Pilates method.
Pilates is a journey and a practice; patience and concentration are keys to its
effectiveness. Programs begin at each student’s own level, progressing only
as students become ready. While founded in the STOTT™ method, instructors
also draw upon the various Pilates methods and other forms of exercise in order
to provide the most comprehensive, functional, and successful approach to
physical fitness and well-being.
