Of course we touched on the impact of COVID- it's almost impossible not to these days. And yes! We also talked about what he loved doing and why he loved doing it.

But the really good stuff is when he talked about the events leading up to him deciding it was time to get the heck out of the job he loved so much.

- be passive aggressive in body, tone, or words
- shut down creativity and brainstorming before exploring the ideas

It seems like an impossible balance and one many of us appear to be succeeding at, while falling apart on the inside. Experiencing the constant weight of guilt for not being able to be everything to everyone can only last for so long before something has to change.
