Office hours are now back to normal after being closed last week. Please keep in mind that there is always a little "catch-up" period after extended office closures, so appointment availability is more limited than what patients may be accustomed to, but there ARE still appointments available this week. If you need to schedule or reschedule an appointment, please contact the office at 309-659-9217.

While the office is still open the rest of this week, there are no appointments available at this time. If you have an appointment that you are unable to keep, please contact the office ahead of time to avoid any penalty fees and to allow other patients the opportunity to be seen.
