Jenn and Jamie spent the weekend expanding their expertise in the McKenzie Method of physical therapy—and we’re excited to bring even more effective, evidence-based care to our patients!

The McKenzie Method (also known as Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, or MDT) is a specialized approach that focuses on identifying the root cause of pain—especially in the spine—and empowering patients with targeted movements and exercises to manage and prevent symptoms. It’s all about active participation, education, and long-term results, not just temporary relief.

Jamie and Jenn off for their weekend at the McKenzie course, probably expecting things to stay calm back at the clinic. They clearly underestimated the Tie Dye Trio.

Meanwhile, Kait, Sister Rita, and Skyler saw their opportunity—and took it.

Between patients and PT sessions, the clinic turned into a mix of laughter, questionable dance moves, and just enough professionalism to keep things technically “on track.” Resistance bands doubled as props, balance boards became challenges, and somehow there was a mini photoshoot in the middle of it all.

They snapped the perfect picture: big smiles, tie-dye in full force, and maybe a few stories to share when they get back next week!

Joe first came to us for shoulder pain, and from day one he brought nothing but positivity. He told us our slogan, “spelled different because we are different,” is what really sold him—and we love that!
