Michelle Curtze, MA LPC I am dedicated to working with individuals with a variety of anxiety disorders, eating disorders, impulse-control disorders and depression.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience. I am a highly energetic, enthusiastic individual with a zest for life. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Edinboro University. In addition, I did post- graduate training in Community Counseling. At the beginning of my career I was employed by the Sarah A. Reed Children’s Center. For the past 14 years I have been focused on my private practice. I have been trained to work with a variety of anxiety disorders including, but not limited to, OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders, Health Anxiety, Specific Phobias, Selective Mutism, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder. Each client’s therapy is tailored to meet their individual needs. I employ Exposure/Response Prevention Therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques to treat anxiety disorders. Meditation: Listening to our Heart (22:51 min) 🙏💕

True listening arouses an open receptive presence that can be truly healing. This meditation awakens a listening presence; first bringing that receptive awareness to sensations and sounds, and then offering that presence to the tenderness and vulnerability of our heart.

Making space for what we love is a way of tending our inner fire, the part of us that keeps life meaningful and alive. It reframes joy as a responsibility rather than an indulgence, suggesting that honoring what brings you happiness strengthens your spirit and, in turn, your ability to show up for the world. Its purpose is to gently dismantle the belief that caring for your own aliveness is selfish, inviting a more compassionate and soul‑centered way of living.

Text on Image: “Life deepens when you make room for what your spirit loves. Tending your joy is a sacred act, a way of honoring the life-force moving through you. Choosing your own aliveness is never selfish, it is a blessing offered back to the world.”

“DailyShaman” reflects a way of living, not a title claimed; walking between worlds to offer an inclusive, modern spiritual experience.

You woke up this morning with a life that you once hoped for. Read that again.

The relationship. The kid. The roof over your head. The job. The business. The team. The song. The freedom. Whatever it is. You asked for it, worked for it, and now it just is.
Start your day there. Start with thanks. Then go build what’s next.

What’s something you currently live with, that you once hoped for? Comment below. I want to read every single one.

Keep going.

Have a great day!!!
