I am currently without power at the office. I'm going to remain open for the afternoon but we will have to do the adjustments without The table being able to go up or down. The best part is, my hands do not require an external power source to successfully perform a chiropractic adjustment.

The fine folks at first energy are currently working on fixing the problem. I think these folks for coming out in the rain to make sure we all have power.

Just a reminder as the weather warms up and the days get longer, the pull up bars are here for your usage!

Not enough people are capable of lifting their own body weight. What's worse is there aren't enough publicly accessible pull up bars.

Walking through the neighborhood? Practice some pull ups or some dead hangs. Here for an appointment? Let's do some pull ups together.

I've never been to a doctor's office that had pull up bars, so I decided to become that doctor.

Spring is but never soon enough.

Out of an abundance of caution, I will be OPEN TODAY Monday, January 26th. It is important I am available to help and serve folks who may have hurt themselves shoveling snow or slipping on ice.

A privilege of being a chiropractor for the past 22 years has been to have a front row seat to watching young patients grow up to be successful adults. The magic of mastering your health is having a doctor who knows you and your health. It takes time, trust, and a teamwork approach to build a long term trusting relationship with a doctor.

22 years ago today, Palmer College of Chiropractic felt I met the requirements to be a chiropractor. A couple days after that, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania thought the same thing when they granted me a license to be a practicing chiropractor. Those were neat times.

It is a privilege to have a front row seat to the health journeys of each person who bestows their trust upon me to care for them.

The PFO closure on Tuesday, September 2nd was a success! I have been resting, recovering, and behaving over the past week.

I will be returning to the office tomorrow, Tuesday September 9th with a normal schedule.

Thank you to everyone for all the kind words, well wishes, and prayers. I'm feeling good and should be able to resume rigorous activities such as cycling, running, pull ups, etc within another week.
