How to manifest what you want in 2021. Here's a recap of what I covered in the video. What did you learn in 2020? What have you chosen to release? It’s not too late to write down your experiences and lessons from 2020. If you need to jog your memory, scroll through your photos or look at your calendar.

What are the general themes of your experiences? For example, it might be processing grief, expressing creativity, feeling anxious, anger, isolated or boredom. Write those down.

Then on a separate sheet, write down everything you are wanting to release; it can be thoughts, feelings or behaviors that aren’t serving you. Either burn the sheet (safely) or tear it into pieces with the intention of releasing those unhealthy thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Now, what do you want to create in 2021? Write down any tangible creations as well as how you want to feel and express yourself in your relationship with yourself and others, and in your work. Also, write down behaviors that you would like to manifest.

Close your eyes and see in your mind’s eye a soap bubble in front of you and visualize what you would like to create in 2021. See the specifics, like what you’re wearing, who you’re with, what you’re feeling and what you’re doing. Imagine attaching a grounding cord to the bottom of the bubble and drain out anything that’s limiting you from having what you want. Fill the bubble in with a gold sun, cut the grounding cord, flatten the bubble and imagine flinging the flattened bubble to the edge of the Universe where it will manifest for you. You’ve set your specific intention. Now, you must jump on the opportunities when they present themselves to you. Take action. Use your intuition. What ideas are coming to you? Who are you being introduced to? What doors are opening for you? Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone to make your dreams a reality. Post a comment below if this was helpful for you.

How do you react when you make a mistake, which is really a miss-take? Do you beat yourself up? What if the real miss-take is not seeing the gift, or lesson, behind the miss-take? I remember hearing about a family who shared all of the mistakes they made that day. Then they congratulated each other. When we let go of perfection and allow ourselves to be messy and make miss-takes, our creativity expands and we may be led to a greater gift, compassion for ourselves! Wouldn’t it be lovely to feel ease in every decision you make knowing that your loving self is there to nurture you no matter what? Drop the expectation and allow yourself to trust yourself. You are making the best decision for you in this moment.

You have sacrificed A LOT this year. Keep your cup overflowing with the high vibrational qualities of love, amusement and joy. Give to yourself freely. What fills you up? Write a list and schedule it in your calendar. Be greedy for a change! There is enough self-care for everyone to enjoy. Can you imagine what the world would be like if everyone took care of themselves? Try to do at least three acts of self-care a day. Spend time in nature, breathe deeply, hug your pet...you have time to do this! Self-care is not a reward. You need it for your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. Just think of the last time you didn’t take care of yourself. Were you at all cranky? That is the energy you are projecting to others. Choose to project feelings of ease, peace, gratitude and the like. If you are a caretaker, self-care is a necessity! Self-care is anything that FILLS YOU UP. Just like plants take in air, water and sunshine, we need to fuel ourselves with whole foods from the earth, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, exercise, social connection, and time to do fun, interesting and relaxing activities. You got distracted again. You’re on your phone scrolling or something got your attention and you “should” be doing something else. You instantly beat yourself up and start feeling guilt and resentment. Sound familiar? Instead of being hard on yourself, try imagining a bubble of compassion around you. Allow yourself to feel the compassion. When we unconsciously beat ourselves up over and over again, we are not only projecting these feelings to others, we are unconsciously sending messages to ourselves that we are “bad” because we made a mistake. Instead of playing out an old childhood wound, try parenting yourself with compassion and acceptance. Maybe what you were immersed in was bringing you some joy. ❤️

Learn a technique to feel more calm in stressful situations. If you do anything during this holiday season, remember to ground. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in other people’s fear, anxiety and sadness. When you ground, you become more aware of your own thoughts, feelings and emotions. You can then be empathetic to other people’s emotions and situations without taking on their stuff and feeling exhausted.

When you also listen to the subtle parts of you, your body and spirit instead of your mind, you will notice great wisdom. Notice how your body feels when you think about something, maybe the illusion of division in this world. You may feel a tightness in your chest and belly. Visually you might see a wall.

Bring this body wisdom into consciousness. Then choose if you want to believe this world is divided or if you want to believe that we are all one on this planet, working through an old limiting belief that we have to choose sides and fight against each other. We are really fighting against ourselves. Listen to your body wisdom and imagine a bubble around you, full of compassion. When you go about your day, imagine you are emanating compassion around you and watch if anyone notices!

I acknowledge you. All of your pain, your sadness, and your anger that you are experiencing and have experienced over the past few weeks, and the past few months. You are human and feeling and expressing your emotions is your birthright.

Take time to feel your emotions without judgment. Express your emotions in healthy ways. Move your body, write, speak, or scream into a pillow. We tend to feel other people’s emotions too so be aware of that. All of the thoughts and beliefs you have may not be yours. If the emotions are too intense and you need to release them quickly, imagine a rose in front of you and “throw” the energy into the rose and blow it up at the edge of the universe. I can help you experience fulfilling relationships and reconnect you with your intuition and purpose.

You have a special gift to share with the world and you are deeply loved, worthy and enough. I see you as a spirit in a body and listen to you on a deep, intuitive level. As a trained clairvoyant, I can help you release the energy that may be limiting you from experiencing your greatest purpose.

What does this mean? You store information about yourself as a soul being in your chakras and aura layers, which are energetic fields in and around your body. Sometimes other people's thoughts, emotions and beliefs get stuck in these fields and you might believe them as your own. Think about what you learned from your parents when you were a child. Some of these beliefs or programming may or may not be serving you. You will know when you are holding onto limiting beliefs when your relationships feel unfulfilling, you feel unhappy in your career, or you feel stuck and can't seem to manifest what you really want.

I communicate to you the limiting thoughts, emotions and beliefs I'm sensing in your energetic field so that you can bring them into your awareness, which is the first step in the healing process. Then with your permission, I can help you to energetically release the beliefs and other foreign energy in your space so that you have the freedom to create from your soul's purpose.
