As we rest our body and let the sounds of various instruments create a unique atmosphere for inner journey work and meditation. Journeying can look different for everyone but some examples include...

✨️going through the layers of the mind to find stillness
✨️processing emotions or experiences
✨️integrating a big shift or realization
✨️reparenting or connecting to your inner child
✨️parts works (IFS) soul retrieval
✨️finding forgiveness from past pain
✨️moving through grief, loss, and heartache
✨️floating in an ethereal realm
✨️conversing with spiritual guides and passed loved ones
✨️connecting with universal life force
✨️alchemizing energy
✨️grounding and centering

For anyone new to this, you can simply lay down and listen to the music and see where your guided, where your mind wanders to, what emotions come up, observing any sensations in your body where the sound may be stirring up energy. I invite everyone to come with an open mind and simply observe yourself once given a moment to stop the momentum of life and just be with it all.

Our 5th Deep Reset Class on 2/22/25 with Megan and Jess at 🤍

We will begin our journey with Restorative Yoga with Megan, where we’ll be in poses supported with bolsters, blocks and blankets. Each pose is completely supportive and nurturing, we receive each pose for 5-10 minutes each. While in these poses, Megan and Jess will be offering Reiki and Massage. Jess will then began playing the soothing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls and as we move deeper into the practice adding in the deeper tones of the Gong. These vibrations, can be felt throughout the whole body as well as an auditory experience, both stimulating and sedative, invoking the imagination, inner visions, memory, emotions, and spirit. Often, these sounds can induce deeper states of consciousness. As we come to a close we shift back into the softer tones of singing bowls before gently waking ourselves back into the space.

All of these modalities can help relieve stress, help you get better sleep, nurture your nervous system, and get you into a state of rest and relaxation. Leaving the class, we hope, you’ll feel a deep sense of renewal and restoration!

We are excited to share this Collaboration of Sound mixed with Egyptian oils in a Mutli-sensory Meditation held by Alex Tackett, Stephen Hollis, and Jessica Frombach! This is a free event and will be held outdoors at The Sky House (DM for address) We suggest bringing something to lay on, a blanket, and whatever you need to get comfortable while being outside (Bug Spray etc.)

Om & Tone is a space for empowering our voice, tuning in to ourselves, and joining together in unity through song, mantras, and chants.

We start the class with the primordial sound of Aum, then move through the seed syllables of each chakra, followed by medicine songs/mantras, and an open space to free flow, share, and express from the heart and soul!

Feel free to bring your own instrument if you have one (drum/rattle/guitar etc. ) to add to the open sound share at the end.

This event will be led by Jessica Frombach and Danielle Mann and will take place in our yoga studio on June 11th at 7pm. Tickets are $10.
