Comfort Keepers caregivers can help bring joy to your family through specialized care in the comfort of your senior loved ones’ home.

Chicken Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
2x Chicken breast, halved lengthwise Corn (or flour) tortillas

Marinade
1-2T avocado or olive oil
2t cumin
2t smoked paprika
1-2 medium oranges (we used cara cara), sliced
1 T cilantro, picked or chopped , plus more for garnish 4-6 Limes
Red onions, thinly sliced salt and pepper to taste

Place chicken and all ingredients together in a baking dish and marinate for 20ish minutes, *do not over marinate.

Garnish
2-3 T Cotija, crumbled
1 Ripe Avocado, sliced or smashed cilantro
Salsa and/or hot sauce to taste salt and pepper
Directions
Heat a grill pan and cook on medium high for 2-3 min each side. Let cool briefly then chop. Heat up tortilla and assemble taco as desired.
