💉 Planning an epidural? You still want a doula—here’s why:

✨ ✨ Support before, during, and after– no matter when you get the epidural- Doulas help you cope until then with comfort, movement, and mindset beforehand, prepare for placement, and continue to assist afterwards too!

🫶 Emotional & physical support – Epidurals ease pain, but doulas help with positioning, pushing, and keeping labor progressing.
