Availability update:

We are fully booked for 2025 and 2026 is booking quickly as well! Thanks to all our repeat clients, our books tend to fill by the end of your first trimester... especially for postpartum support as we work with our postpartum clients for up to 12 weeks. 🗓️

Also editing to add that of course this is what unconditional support and love means in the hospital as well. We just happened to be in a home when this was taken. 💕

This is what doula support looks like in the wee hours of morning in your own home. Where you feel most comfortable and safe. Where your toddler is sleeping and partner is getting much needed rest as well.
This moment was stealthily captured by the amazing midwife Nicole of South Shore Home Birth Midwifery as we both kept watch and held space for this magnificent person.
This moment was 30-60 seconds of rest in between strong surges, and anyone knows that when one contraction goes away, you let go and rest in between. And that’s what’s happening here.
Doulas will hold you in their hearts, hold your hands, and your throw up basin. It’s just what we do[la]. ❤️
