We like these variations of Boat Pose… there is at least one more, and it would be to have toes on floor, still in plantar flexion, lifting one leg at a time to build strength!

Boat Pose (Navasana) is an isometric yoga asana that strengthens the core, hip flexors, and spine by balancing on the sit bones to form a V-shape with the body. It improves digestion, reduces stress, and boosts confidence. Key techniques include engaging the abs, keeping the spine straight, and lifting the chest.
