Did you know you have the right to choose where you go for physical therapy? Our friendly, knowledgeable staff consists of 5 licensed Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapists Assistants and a handful of part-time PTs, PTAs, and technicians . We have availability for Direct Access patients, meaning we can see you without a physician's script for up to 30 days! Our early morning and later evening

hours allow us to accommodate your busy schedule! With over 45 years of combined experience, we have been providing extensive inpatient and outpatient treatments to our clients to get them back on their feet after a sports or work injury as well as post-surgery. Each patient receives one-on-one personal treatment that has been exclusively developed for them. Since no two patients are the same or will respond to treatment the same, your treatment plan will be specific to your therapy needs.

Is shoulder pain keeping you from working, exercising, and doing what you love? Shoulder pain may be caused by compression or impingement of the rotator cuff tendon or a bursa. This often limits your ability to lift your arm, reach behind your back, and lay on your shoulder at night. Physical therapy can help reduce this pain and get you back to being pain free!

Don't let pain slow you down this summer! Do you have back pain, numbness, or tingling that radiates down your leg? This may be due to sciatica or a pinched nerve in the low back caused by a herniated disc or degenerative (age-related) changes in the spine. Physical therapy can help reduce your symptoms by using Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT or McKenzie method) to find a direction of movement to reduce compression of the nerve root. Additional treatments could include strengthening the core muscles, stretching the glute and hamstring muscles, and working on body mechanics for to get you back to functioning well!

Please call us with any questions! With over 45 years of combined experience, we have been providing extensive inpatient and outpatient treatments to our clients to get them back on their feet after a sports or work injury as well as post-surgeries. Our team is committed to accommodating your needs and offers treatment during the early morning, lunchtime and evening. Each patient receives one-on-one personal treatment that has been exclusively developed for them. Since no two patients are the same or will respond to treatment the same, your treatment plan will be specific to your therapy needs.
