Is shoulder pain keeping you from working, exercising, and doing what you love? Shoulder pain may be caused by compression or impingement of the rotator cuff tendon or a bursa. This often limits your ability to lift your arm, reach behind your back, and lay on your shoulder at night. Physical therapy can help reduce this pain and get you back to being pain free!

Don't let pain slow you down this summer! Do you have back pain, numbness, or tingling that radiates down your leg? This may be due to sciatica or a pinched nerve in the low back caused by a herniated disc or degenerative (age-related) changes in the spine. Physical therapy can help reduce your symptoms by using Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT or McKenzie method) to find a direction of movement to reduce compression of the nerve root. Additional treatments could include strengthening the core muscles, stretching the glute and hamstring muscles, and working on body mechanics for to get you back to functioning well!
