In PT, we often find that people become frustrated due to “lack of progress” because pain is still present during their rehab. It can feel so overwhelming and confusing as to why the pain just won’t go away.
However, just because your pain isn’t gone doesn’t mean progress isn’t being made!
The list below is just a few examples of how you ACTUALLY are making progress during your rehab even if you didn’t realize it!
