Born in 1977, the first of 8, and have lived an active life with sports, exploring the mountains, the shore, the city... I've experienced plenty of slips trips and falls; strains, sprains and pains. Before going out on my own I was employed by Ambridge Rose Day Spa, Rolland Chiropractic, Stonehouse English Teahouse and Spa, and Edinboro Chiropractic, all of which were excellent learning experiences that greatly contributed to the quality of care Summer I'm able to offer today. In the spring of 2013, I graduated the 1080 clock-hour massage therapy diploma program at Great Lakes Institute of Technology, and am nationally certified, and PA State licensed, as well as certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Professionals. For "deep tissue" work, I utilize the skills learned in myofascial work, trigger point therapy, and Craniosacral therapy from the Upledger Institute. Massage therapy has been used for thousands of years around the planet to assist and maintain the body's healing process, and in more recent times it's affects have been studied and tested more widely and accurately. It is one of the top choices for complimentary health care and for a lifestyle of personal wellness, and I'm very fortunate to have been able to study and practice the methods that allow me to bring this healing service to the public.
