Our Story

I am a firm believer that we all come into this life with a purpose of helping others. It is through the help we receive and give that we discover and grow. I can remember how moments from my past of nurturing others has lead me to this point in my life today.

As a young child I always found myself wanting to provide comfort when I would see someone upset. In my teenage years I provided care to my grandmother who lived with us. Providing her will physical support fostered a deep emotional bond that I would not realize until years later how important it was. It was also during this time that I developed an interest in the massage therapy profession. Upon graduating high school I enrolled in a training program. Since graduating in 2005 my massage therapy practice has always focused on guiding my clients to mind and body wellness.

In 2010 my practice evolved into providing support to women who were on their path to motherhood. It was also at this time that I started to combine my physical massage with education and other various techniques to break through the mental/ emotional blocks that were effecting the desired outcome.
