Another beautiful afternoon at the Erie Community Library 🌿✨ It was a packed house again, and so special to see so many returning faces bringing new ones with them. This little community we’re building together keeps growing, and every single person leaves a little softer, calmer, and more refreshed. One woman shared that after last month’s sound bath, she had the best sleep she’s ever had. I hope she gets another one tonight. 💫

Thank you for holding such a grounded, sacred space for our summer simmer pot and sound workshop. The room was filled with intention, intuition, laughter, and the sweet scent of herbs and healing.

There’s something special that happens when we come together in community to reflect, create, and restore.

✨ Self-Love is a Practice, Not a Luxury ✨

Last night, I had the honor of guiding a beautiful circle of single and divorced moms through a meditation and sound bath centered on self-love and self-compassion. Together, we released fear and shame, made space for grace, and reminded ourselves that we are worthy of the same care and kindness we so freely give to others.

As moms, we often pour from an empty cup—but healing happens in community, and we are not meant to do this alone. 💛
