Meet Blayze — a local standout gearing up for his biggest summer yet. With college football 🏈 and basketball 🏀 on the horizon, he’s putting in the work early — and smart. This summer is all about maximizing performance and it starts with data.

Step 1: Body composition testing.
This baseline helps us track lean mass, body fat %, and hydration — all crucial for optimizing speed, power, and endurance on the field and court.
