We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Andrea Bierer for an engaging Lunch & Learn centered around The Six Types of Working Genius.
During this interactive workshop, our entire team gained insight into how each of us naturally approaches work, from generating ideas to executing and refining them. The session gave us a clearer understanding of how we process information, collaborate, problem-solve, and contribute within a team setting. There were even a few well-earned “ah-ha!” moments along the way.
One of the biggest takeaways? Not everyone works the same way, and that’s a strength. When we recognize where each person naturally thrives, we communicate more effectively, delegate more intentionally, and create space for everyone to operate in their areas of genius.
We’re grateful to Andrea for facilitating such a thoughtful and energizing conversation. She created a space where we could openly talk through what’s working well and where friction shows up, both individually and as a team. Investing in self-awareness and team dynamics like this helps us continue building a stronger, more collaborative workplace.
