Anyone varying from someone just discharged from the hospital or nursing home and just needs additional care, someone with chronic health problems, someone recovering from outpatient surgery, a new mother who recently gave birth and need follow-up care for herself and her infant, and lastly a terminally ill patient who wants to spend the remainder of their time at home. We provide daily assistance services such as baths, dressings, housekeeping, laundry, attendant care, meal preparation, transportation and medication reminders.
