Job description
LCSW/LPC:
Busy, outpatient, private counseling practice looking for a full time (30 - client hours per week minimum) LCSW/LPC. Practice is a holistic and Integrative counseling practice focused on empowering all clients to become healthy in all life areas - mentally, emotionally, physically, financially, socially, spiritually, etc. We encourage clients to participate in yoga classes, Qigong classes, and variety of support groups offered.
Must be competent in providing counseling services to a diverse population - individuals, couples, families - with a variety of DSM 5 diagnoses. Must be comfortable utilizing a variety of counseling approaches ie. CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed Care, Brief Solution Focused , Motivational Interviewing, 12 Step Recovery, EFT, etc
Must be able to function independently and simultaneously interdependently as part of a team. Clinical and program supervision is provided, as needed. Administrative, Reception, Scheduling and medical billing all provided.
Candidate must have all clearances - Act 33, 34 and FBI clearances, must obtain your own professional liability insurance 1 - 3 million coverage (can get thru ACA or HPSO), preferably have a minimum of 3-5 years experience, experience providing counseling to couples, families, depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, PTSD, adults, parenting, addictions, etc. Preferably will already be credentialed with all major insurance companies and medicaid, medicare, however if needed we will assist you in becoming credentialed. You must be ethical, professional, honest, and have excellent record keeping skills. You must practice what you preach...if we ask clients to become healthier, we must model this...working towards this.
This is a full time w2 employee position. Currently health benefits are not offered.
