We’re proud to celebrate Nicole Eversole, our Clinical Mobile Assessor with SUN Behavioral Health and the CARES Program, who was recently featured in the Northern KY Office of Drug Control Policy August Newsletter.

Since the launch of CARES, Nicole has completed 268 psychiatric and substance use evaluations, helping individuals receive the right level of care and connection to resources. Her work embodies the heart of our mission: meeting people where they are and ensuring no one falls through the cracks.

Nicole says it best: “Every assessment is an opportunity to offer stability, hope, and a path toward healing—when and where it’s needed most.” 💛

This is the Kenton County MRRT Team (H.E.A.R.T.) which unites counselors, treatment centers, SUN Behavioral Health hospital, court officers, detention centers, and others to divert people with low-level, non-violent offenses from jail into intensive drug treatment as quickly as possible. Glad to have them at the hospital to tour today!
